Welcome to the Alternate Watch – an exciting horror that puts you in the shoes of a security guard tasked with monitoring a creepy house filled with strange anomalies. As you observe security cameras placed throughout the house, you must keep an eye out for anything that seems out of place and report it.

Keep an eye on this house

The game is set in a large, eerie mansion with a multitude of rooms and areas to explore. Each room has its own unique layout and furnishings. You can find different decorations around the building like paintings or plants. And your task is to memorize the placement of everything in these rooms.

The cameras themselves are your main tool for investigating the anomalies in the house. There are several cameras positioned in each room, allowing you to see different angles and perspectives of the area. You can switch between the cameras at any time by using the controls provided, allowing you to keep a close eye on any suspicious activity.

What can you see in these dark rooms?

The anomalies themselves are varied and often unpredictable. Some may be obvious, such as a ghostly apparition or a mysterious figure lurking in the shadows. Others may be more subtle, such as strange noises, electrical malfunction or flickering lights.

As you discover more anomalies, you must report them to another team. They will fix it and clean the area. Only after everything is cleaned can you continue playing. Because you’re in constant danger. If you miss the anomaly and wait for too long, you won’t make it to the morning. And you have six more days of work.

The more you play, the more dangerous entities you discover. To the point you can see a real human but with terrifying face features. They can have long legs and arms. Or their face will be just a blank white circle. These are the most dangerous anomalies in Alternate Watch. And you need to report them as soon as possible to avoid the consequences.

The atmospheric visuals and creepy sound design create an immersive, unsettling atmosphere. So if you’re a fan of horror games that rely on suspense and atmosphere rather than jump scares and gore, then this title is definitely worth checking out.
